LOCATION:  Day two, of this auction, is being held indoors at the Viking Lanes Banquet room.  Viking Lanes is located at:  1410 Hwy 51 (Main Street) on Stoughton’s west side, next to the Pizza Hut.

200 TOY SEWING MACHINES COLLECTION:

NOTE:  Toy sewing machines (Manual to Electric) from early cast iron to plastic.

  • Singer wide body No. 20’s including 1948 Singer-10 transition model complete in box.  Other 20’s in tan crinkle & smooth finish and open or closed hand-wheel.  One 20 is in a case that converts to sewing table.  Other Singers include all three versions of the 67A Touch & Sew (one complete in box).  Singer Junior Miss & Lockstitch.  Black & gold plastic chain stitch with sewing case (in box).  Other singer plastic new models.  1980’s reproduction Model K-20 complete in box.

  • Machines include many Casiges with Eagle emblem on stitch plate, made in Germany and also Germany British Zone.  A Casige Model 2015, 110V electric model. A Casige in case.  Casiges include a 1934 Model & a Red Riding Hood w/Wolf.

  • Also made in Germany were KAYanEE machines.  SEW MASTER collection includes small sheet metal body machines to the larger battery-operated.  Also a KAYanEE Sew Master 110V and a KAYanEE Sew Master with a matching blue metal cover.  All KAYanEE were made after WWII.

  • Another German made toy sewing machine is the Muller.  This collection has Mullers No. 5 Little Beauty with original box.  Muller No. 14, Muller No. 19, Muller No. 12 along with  Muller Reginas.  Muller didn’t put their name on the machines but had a number on the stitch plate.  Sometimes a M was incorporated in the flowers paint on the machines.

  • Also have machines with Sears, Wards or Penny’s names on them.  Many of the machines, in the collection, were featured in the annual Sears Christmas Wish Books.  Many KAYanEE were sold this way.

  • Collection includes a Lindstrom Little Miss 115V, 60 cycle with Little Miss depicted as Shirley Temple.  This machine was in the 1936 & 1937 Sears Christmas Catalogs.

  • Also there are English made Vulcan and Straco machines such as the Straco Jet Sew-O-Matic, Sew-O-Matic Junior, “Little Betty” & Straco battery-operated.  The Vulcan machines include Vulcan “Countess”, “Vulcan”, “Miner” “Senior” “Junior” “Regal” “Classic”.

  • Machines also include Betsy Ross, 2-Electric in cases and 2-Manual.  A Marx Sew Big with sewing table.  A Delta dated 8-18-1927, several versions of Gateways, Holly Hobbie, Gurlee, Sew-Ette, Hoge, Sister, Pfaff open arm in case, Kraemer in case, Cragston, Baby Brother in case, Crystal, Sew Mistress in wood case with box, Artcraft Junior Miss, Hallmark, Jamar, Little Modiste, Stitch Mistress, Artcraft Little Lady, Easy Stitch, Fuji Cherry, Sew Quiet, Kohler, Little Mary Mix-up, Japanese Romance black cast iron, Durham, Flare, Artcraft Junior Miss, Japanese Princess in wood case, Vogue w/drawer, Morse, Jutta, American Girl by National, Little Sticher, small red Romance, Sew Rite, Necchi, Sew Easy, Grant Bros.

  • Also includes 2-Russian made machines (one orange in wood base w/storage compartment, the other black with green base (both machines are metal).  Guhl & Harbach Puppentee cast iron machine
